Do you take walk-ins?
No — appointment only so every client gets time for measuring and shaping.
Can you match a hat I already like?
Yes. Bring it in and we’ll match crown height, brim width, and the crease profile as closely as possible.
What do you need for a restoration quote?
Photos help (front/side/top and inside sweatband). If it’s badly misshapen, we may want to see it in person.
Do you offer branding?
Yes — heat branding for a clean, controlled mark. Placement and size are planned before we burn.
